We support our landlords with a series of tailor-made service packages. You can choose to have as much or as little contact with your tenants as your time allows for. From taking care of the absolute essentials such as effective marketing and initial admin, to taking tenant care out of your hands completely. Simply select the service level that works for you.

1 month’s rent + VAT
Just the essentials. We’ll guide you through each initial step, from marketing your property and building your presence on sales portals, to meeting and processing your new tenant.
It includes:
- Professional photography and HD video content.
- Listings on all major portals.
- Accompanied viewings.
- Processing of all tenant ID.
- Collection of initial tenancy fees.*
* We use the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) to register and protect all deposits which are capped at 5 weeks rent. Membership No. EW67848.
